本学では、令和4年度卒業?修了式について、新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大防止対策を講じた上で、下記の通り挙行いたします。
なお、今後の新型コロナウイルス感染症の拡大状況により、開催方式を変更する可能性があります。
変更がある場合は本学Webサイトにてご案内しますので、必ず最新の情報をご確認ください。

新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大に伴う対応について（令和5年2月1日現在）
?現時点では、必要な拡大防止策を講じた上で挙行を予定しています。
?卒業生?修了生は、本学「学生向け行動指針」に従って出席してください。
?当日ご自宅で検温し、平熱であることを確認してください。
?式典会場（奏楽堂）では以下を守ってください。
-必ずマスク着用の上、会話はしないでください。
-混雑回避のため記念撮影はしないでください。
?学生証をカードリーダーにタッチして奏楽堂ホールに入場してください。
?学生証を忘れた方は奏楽堂に入館できません。
学位記等の受け渡しについて
学位記等受け渡し場所は以下の通りです。当日は式典後会場内アナウンスに従って移動してください。なお、卒業?修了式に出席できない方は、学位記等の受取方法を各教務係で確認し、後日必ず受領してください。
①美術：美術学部各科研究室他
②音楽：奏楽堂ホワイエ
③映像：アーツ＆サイエンスラボ1階
④国際芸術創造：国際交流棟５階 教員室
当日、保護者の方が構内で式典映像をご覧いただけるよう、モニター会場を設けます。モニター会場に配信する映像は、ライブ配信動画と同じものです。
なお、新型コロナウイルス感染症対策として収容人数を制限していますので、卒業生?修了生１名につき１名様までのご来場にご協力ください。

※保護者の方が利用できる駐車場はありません。公共交通機関をご利用ください。
※学内は全面禁煙です。
※学内では常にマスクを着用し、会話を控え、密集は避けてください。
※当日ご自宅で検温し、平熱であることを確認してください。本学でのサーモグラフィーによる検温で37.5度又は平熱より概ね1度以上高い体温の方は入場できません。
※風邪症状など体調がすぐれない方は来学を控えてください。
The graduation ceremony of the academic year 2023 will be held as below while taking preventive measures against COVID-19.
Please make sure, however, that you check the latest information on the university’s website because there is a possibility that the ceremony’s plan might change depending on the future situation with the coronavirus.

Response to the Spread of COVID-19 (as of February 3, 2023)
?At the moment, the university is expected to hold the ceremony while taking preventive measures against COVID-19.
?The university ask the under graduate students and graduate students to attend the ceremony in accordance with ?“The action guidelines for COVID-19”of the university.
?When attending the ceremony, please make sure that you take your temperature at home and check whether it is normal temperature.
?The university ask the attendees to follow the following notes at the venue (Sogakudo).
? -Please wear a face mask and refrain from talking.
? -To avoid congestion, please refrain from a commemorative photo.
?When entering the venue, you need to touch your student ID card to a smart reader.?
?Those who forget to bring a student ID card aren’t allowed to enter Sogakudo.
How to receive your Diploma and Teaching Certificate
Your diploma, graduation certificate or other documents such as teaching certificate for those who filed their application as a group will be issued at the following locations after the graduation ceremony is over. Be sure to bring your student ID and the survey sheet of your post-graduation plan (unless you have already mailed it or responded through the web form).
①Fine Arts： Faculty room of each program
②Music： Lobby of the Sogakudo Concert Hall
③Film and New Media： 1st floor.
④Global Arts： 5th floor, Hisao & Hisako TAKI-PLAZA, teacher’s lounge
If you are unable to attend the graduation ceremony, please check with the Educational Affairs Section to find out how to receive your diploma and be sure to receive it at a later date.
On the day of the ceremony, the university sets a monitor venue so that they can see the streaming of the ceremony. The streaming is the same as that to be released in a later date. Because the university limits accommodation capacity, we kindly ask you 1 attendee per 1 undergraduate student or graduate student.

※There isn’t no parking space for attendees’ guardians. We ask you to come to the university by public transportation.
※No smoking allowed on the premises.
※When you are in the university, please wear a mask, refrain from talking and please avoid congestion.
※On the day of the ceremony, please make sure that you take your temperature at home and check whether it is normal temperature. Those whose temperature are 37.5 centigrade or above or body temperature are 1 centigrade higher than normal temperature, detected by the thermography of the university, aren’t allowed to enter the venue.
※If you If you feel unwell such as with a cold, please refrain from coming to the ceremony.
