2020.04.08 | ALL

To all members of Tokyo University of the Arts,

In response to the declaration of emergency by the Japanese government, the Tokyo University of the Arts has decided to close all campus premises until Wednesday, May 6, 2020, to prevent the spread of COVID-19, further to protect the health of all members of the university. No one is allowed to access any campus premises (UENO, YOKOHAMA, TORIDE, and SENJU) and all staff members are required to work at home during this period.

Tokyo Geidai is taking this challenging situation as a time of recharging for our further development as a university, and we are determined to commit ourselves to preparing wholeheartedly for the start of classes on May 11.
